What you will practise, day by day
- Day 0 — orientation: posture, where attention rests, what to expect, and taking the five precepts for the duration.
- Days 1 to 3 — establishing, then deepening, attention on the natural breath at the nostrils. Two guided sittings of about fifteen minutes.
- Day 4 — the subtle breath: the point where beginners think the object is lost and have in fact found it.
- Day 5 — integration, and a first sitting of mettā (loving-kindness).
Each day also has a short talk, a written reflection, and a discipline prompt. Around thirty to forty minutes in total, split across the day.
What you need
A place to sit upright that you can hold without shifting; a chair is fine. Headphones or a quiet room. Somewhere to write. No account is required to begin; an account only carries your progress between devices.
Classic or Detox
Part 1 has two editions and the meditation is the same in both. Classic is the breath training alone. Detox adds optional plant-based menus and hydration prompts on top of the same sittings. The nutrition material is lifestyle guidance, not medical advice; if you are new to meditation, take Classic.
What comes next
Part 2 — twenty-five days of Ānāpānasati — is in production. Until it opens, repeat Part 1: five days establishes the technique, and a second pass establishes the habit.
